Sotto Cloud is in private preview

A little less
on your mind.

Your personal chief of staff,
right there in iMessage.

The reply you owe. The context before a meeting. The thing you said you’d do. Sotto keeps track and brings you what needs your attention.

A few people at a time. We’ll email when there’s a place for you.

Good morning,
Alex.

Two things need you today.

Give Maya the green light

She can move your coffee to Thursday at 10. A quick yes locks it in.

From your email

The school form is due today

The reminder came through the parent chat. The waiver is still outstanding.

From your messages
Draft a reply to Maya?
“Thursday at 10 works. Looking forward to it!”

A day with Sotto

Prepared for the next thing.
Present for this one.

Useful before you ask. Easy to reach when you do.

SottoiMessage

6:30 AM

Good morning, Alex. Here’s your day.

Four cards. The important parts at a glance.

Examples, not real customer conversations.

The context comes with you

You shouldn’t have
to start from scratch.

You mentioned it in a text. They followed up by email. You talked it through in a meeting.

Sotto brings that history together, remembers the commitments, and learns from the replies you actually send. Tell it when something is useful, or when it’s missed the point.

“What did I promise Sam?”

Meeting notes

You offered an introduction to a product designer.

Email, yesterday

Sam sent the new onboarding preview.

One open loop.
The designer introduction.

Getting started, when you’re invited

A small setup.
A much fuller picture.

  1. 1

    Make yourself at home.

Download Sotto on your Mac and connect Google for email, calendar, and contacts.

  2. 2

    Choose what Sotto can see.

The Mac app, Sotto Bridge, connects local context like iMessage and WhatsApp. Review your sources and grant Full Disk Access. Meeting notes are optional.

  3. 3

    Say hello in Messages.

Confirm it’s you in iMessage. Sotto builds your first brief from connected sources. Then just text when you need something.

Cloud keeps running when your Mac sleeps. Local messages catch up when your Mac reconnects.

Your context is personal

You choose
where it lives.

One Sotto. The same skills.
Two ways to run it.

How your data is handled

Sotto Cloud

We run it for you

The easy option. Text Sotto in iMessage while we handle the hosting and upkeep.

Selected context is processed and stored on Cloud servers. Model providers process the context needed to help; a messaging provider carries your conversation.

Self-hosted

You run it

For more control. Use your own infrastructure, model credentials, and supported chat channel.

You manage setup and updates. Your chosen hosting, model, and messaging providers still process data. Sotto’s Cloud service stays out of that path.

A few things you might be wondering.

Is Sotto another app I have to keep checking?

You talk to Sotto Cloud in iMessage. Briefs and nudges arrive there, and you can reply naturally. The Mac app connects local sources and manages settings.

Does my Mac have to stay awake?

Cloud keeps running, so you can chat and receive updates while your Mac sleeps. Gmail and Calendar refresh from Cloud. New iMessage and WhatsApp context from your Mac becomes available when Bridge is connected again.

Will Sotto send things without asking?

Sotto can prepare replies and save drafts. Sending a message or making a change on your behalf requires your approval. Google groups some permissions together, so draft access can include the ability to send; permission alone is not approval to act.

What can I connect?

Google connects Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts. Sotto Bridge on your Mac can share local sources including iMessage and WhatsApp. Granola can add meeting notes. You review what you share, and you can change your source choices later.

When can I try Sotto Cloud?

Sotto Cloud is being tested in a private pilot. Join the waitlist and we’ll contact you as we open more places. A waitlist signup doesn’t create a Cloud account, and we haven’t announced public pricing yet.
